Mr. Naseer Ahmed Hijazi is a BOD member of Balochistan Rural Support Programme. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the renowned National College of Arts, Lahore. He is a leading architect having vast experience in the planning and designing of environmentally friendly buildings since 1996. He has led a team of qualified and experienced multidisciplinary staff comprising civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers and other support staff in effectively carrying out major projects consisting of residential, academic, and recreational facilities.
