Ms. Roshan Khursheed Bharucha is a seasoned development professional and currently serves as a member of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan. With over 30 years of experience in governance, education, and social welfare, she has held key federal and provincial positions, including Federal Minister for Human Rights, SAFRON, Railways, and Postal Services in the 2018 caretaker government, and Provincial Minister for Balochistan in multiple caretaker cabinets. A former Senator (2003–2006), she has led and served on the boards of several prominent organizations. She has received national and international recognition for her contributions to human rights and social development. Ms. Bharucha holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Balochistan and a diploma in Finance and Accounting from PIMS, Karachi.
