Summary

Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) with the financial assistance of Rural Support Program Network (RSPN) under Education Cannot Wait (ECW) through Multi Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) funded by UN Global Fund for Education in Emergencies/ Crisis that aims to improve the education in districts Kohlu, Panjgur and Loralai of Balochistan, Pakistan. Kohlu and Panjgur have high poverty levels and poor security, resulting in a large number of children between the ages of 6 to 15 years being out of school. Low population density leaves many settlements without schools and existing schools have enrolment gaps due to missing facilities like water and toilets. Loralai district is also vulnerable to natural disasters like drought, floods, and earthquakes, and has Afghan refugee communities.
